It is with great pride and honor that we introduce the recipients of The DMA Foundation’s 1st Annual Scholarship cycle: Brooke Scott, Kolbi Sipho, Nazhir Carter, Kendyll Locke and Jocelyn Gomez-Brown.

The DMA Foundation Scholarship

The 2022 DMA Foundation Scholarship is intended to acknowledge and support the efforts of commendable students on their academic journey.

Application portal for Spring of 2022 is now live.

Application Criteria:

  • Must be a 2022 graduating senior of a Dallas/Fort Worth area high school or undergraduate college student.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

  • Acceptance to an accredited college or university; enrolled as a full-time student by Fall 2022 semester.

  • Official Transcript

  • Personal statement: 1 page (12 pt. Times New Roman font), describing your career and educational goals in pursuing your degree.

  • Resume: Maximum two pages. Include work experience, extra curricular activities & community service involvement.

  • 2 Letters of Recommendation: One must be submitted by a teacher/faculty/professor (can not be related to the applicant). Must also include their contact information.

  • It is the responsibility of the scholarship applicant to submit all required documents by the deadline: April 30, 2022 @ 11:59pm
